In this video, you will learn about the Client Portal application, including its purpose, features, and navigation.
The Client Portal is the front door of your organization. It provides a single point of contact for your customers and your technicians. Your Client Portal can be found by going to your TeamDynamix URL and clicking Client Portal.
The Client Portal is where your clients will go to view the Service Catalog, make requests, view previous requests, read Knowledge Base articles, and engage with any other content you put on your portal. The Client Portal is fully customizable, allowing you to change the look and feel of the pages, add important information, and make sure your clients have all the resources they need.
Depending on your organization, your Client Portal may have a Service Catalog, Knowledge Base, Projects/Workspaces, and custom pages configured and managed by TeamDynamix administrators.
